Experiential Events Agency London

From live brand experiences and product launches to festival activations, hospitality and audience engagement, we create events that give people a reason to stop, take part and remember the brand behind them.

Experiential Event & Event Marketing Services

A live event only works if people want to engage with it.

We create experiential events and event marketing campaigns around the audience, the setting and the response the brand needs to generate. That can mean product trial, digital participation, hospitality, content, sampling, sponsorship activation or a physical space designed to hold attention for longer.

Recent work shows the range. High Noon launched at Between the Bridges with a custom sampling cart, parasols and branded ping-pong, delivering 2,692 opening-night samples across 34 cases. At All Points East, Madrí combined bar operations, hospitality, brand ambassadors and a digital scavenger hunt that generated 2,332 scans.

We also bring the operational pieces into the same plan: staffing, production, permissions, stock, logistics, content capture and reporting. The idea has to work creatively, but it also has to survive footfall, queues, weather, timings and the realities of a live site.

The result is experiential marketing built around participation rather than passive presence.

How We Build Experiential Campaigns

One team takes the campaign from audience strategy and creative concept through to live delivery and measurement.

01

Define the Audience and Moment

We identify who the experience needs to reach, where the interaction should happen and what people should do, feel or remember when they encounter the brand.

02

Build the Experience

We develop the concept and customer journey, bringing together the right space, mechanics, staffing, production, hospitality, sampling, content and logistics around the idea.

03

Deliver and Measure

We manage the live experience on the ground, capture audience response and report against the agreed measures, using what happened in the real world to shape what comes next.

Give People Something to Do

The strongest experiential events create participation. Taste it. Play it. Try it. Share it. Stay for another ten minutes. We build the experience around that action, then make sure the people, stock and production behind it can deliver at live-event pace.

Why Work With Equals?

Built Around Participation

We start with what people will actually do within the experience. Sampling, games, demonstrations, hospitality, digital mechanics and content all have a role when they support the audience journey.

What is experiential marketing?

Experiential marketing creates direct interaction between a brand and its audience. Rather than relying on people simply seeing a message, it gives them something to experience, try, play, taste, share or take part in.

What types of experiential events does Equals deliver?

We deliver product launches, festival activations, sponsorship experiences, sampling campaigns, hospitality-led events, pop-ups, digital engagement mechanics, exhibitions and other live brand experiences.

Can Equals manage an experiential campaign from concept to delivery?

Yes. We can manage audience strategy, creative concept, production, staffing, sampling, hospitality, logistics, content and reporting as one connected campaign.

Can you deliver experiential activations at festivals?

Yes. Festival environments are a significant part of our experience. Recent work includes Madrí at All Points East, alongside wider activation experience across major festivals and live-event settings.

Can experiential events include sampling and product trial?

Yes. Product trial can be the main objective or one part of a wider activation. We can manage stock, refrigeration, permits, brand ambassadors, sampling mechanics and reporting alongside the experience itself.

Can you include digital engagement in a live event?

Yes. Digital mechanics can extend the physical experience and give audiences another reason to participate. Madrí’s All Points East activation combined the live space with a mobile scavenger hunt that generated 2,332 scans.

How do you measure experiential marketing?

Measurement depends on the objective. It can include footfall, scans, samples, participation, leads, redemptions, dwell time, consumer feedback, content performance and other agreed campaign measures.
